How Revinza handles information submitted to the platform.

We may collect account and contact information including your name, business email address, company details, subscription status and information you voluntarily provide through Revinza.
Revinza allows users to upload CSV exports containing business sales or pipeline information for analysis. Uploaded CSV files are processed for the requested scan and are not intended to be retained by the current service after processing.
Revinza may retain scan metadata such as the number of records analyzed, opportunity counts, priority counts and calculated pipeline values so users can view their scan history.
Information may be used to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, maintain scan history, provide customer support, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse and improve Revinza.
Where paid plans are available, payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record. Revinza does not intend to directly store full payment-card details.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect Revinza and information submitted to it. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights and permissions to upload and process any sales, lead or customer data submitted to Revinza.
