Read this before use with a baby

Do not assume the hoodie or its front panel can support a baby's weight. Before using this garment with a baby, obtain the manufacturer's instructions for the exact model and confirm whether it is an independently load-bearing carrier or clothing to be worn with a separate carrier.

We do not currently publish a verified model-specific instruction manual, load rating, infant height range, newborn suitability statement or safety test report. The adult clothing size chart does not establish whether the product is suitable for a baby. Do not use it to carry a baby until its intended use and suitability are confirmed.

General airway precautions

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission warns that fabric covering the nose or mouth, or a curled posture with the chin pressed toward the chest, can obstruct an infant's breathing. Keep the face uncovered and visible, and check breathing and positioning frequently. Extra care and advice from a pediatrician are especially important for premature or low-birth-weight babies and babies with breathing problems.
